Echo One Sierra-7D, abbreviated as EOS-7D (UIN:EOSC17S07D1848), also known as S-7D or simply 7D by his teammates, is a low-mid rank Combine grunt belonging to the Sierra-7 fireteam.

The unit is approximately 180 cm tall and is of a slightly bigger build than the average Combine grunt. S-7D's right eyeball is missing, in its place there are two optic-neural fibre cables that connect to his mask, without it, his vision is impaired. His eye color is blue. 7D's uniform's colors are slightly faded, the left side of his mask has several scratches present as well as a patched crack, spanning from his eye to the edge of the mask.

Sierra-7D's augumentations are minor, indicating a lower middle rank of a standard Combine grunt. Unit S-7D possesses:

• Basic sincipital reinforcement plate - web-like metallic structure implanted into his skull, visible from his forehead
• Additional reinforcement plates - present in his right eye socket and nasal bridge
• Optical nerve adapter wiring in place of his right eye
• Synthetic structures: dental (partial)
• Internal vital sign monitoring system
• IV/IM injection port

S-7D has served in the Combine forces for approximately two years, initially enlisting with the Civil Protection unit in City-15. Due to civil unrest in nearby City-14 and a resulting staff shortage, he was reassigned there. After several weeks of unsuccessful attempts to suppress the riots in C-14, the remaining low-ranking Combine humanoid units were evacuated. S-7D was subsequently granted permission to relocate as well—on the condition that he accept a mandatory promotion to an infantry role, with a future assignment to the City-17 Quarantine Zone.

Unit displays high level of potential during service. Sierra-7D's heartrate variability sensors indicate that he operates under little to no emotional or physical stress while in service under moderate workload. S-7D shows knowledge of intermediate-level specialized Combine forces terminology.

Aleksandar Stoyanov (Александар Стоянов) is a 31 year old national of Bulgaria, presented ID states his address of residence to be the city of Plovdiv, although the citizen states that he has been living in a nearby town with his family - a wife and two children, none present with him at the time of identification. Citizen presented an additional identification document, stating that he is a part of the National Police Service of Bulgaria, rank type: "Senior inspector". Previous employment history has been noted.
